Summer, the season of fire, often pulls us into constant movement and action, leaving little space to simply be. This breathwork immersion is an opportunity to give your body, mind and nervous system the nourishment, cooling and slowing down it needs to come back into balance and harmony.

What's Included

SESSION 1

Breathe To Reset 🌿 

The first session is designed to shift your nervous system from an overactive, fight-flight state, and into the safe and cooling energy of the parasympathetic, rest and digest state.

SESSION 2

Breathe To Release πŸ’™

This session focuses on releasing pent-up, summer emotional blockages (like anger, frustration, or irritability) - making space for more joy, lightness, and flow.

SESSION 3

Breathe To Rejuvenate πŸ”₯

A revitalising final breathwork journey to nourish your spirit and replenish your energy for the next phase of the year. This closing session will leave you feeling clear, restored, and ready to embrace what’s ahead with renewed vitality.

Throughout the day, you’ll also have spacious breaks for quiet reflection, journaling, and integration. The retreat space also offers an outdoor sauna and ice bath for deeper restoration.

Food

A healthy and nourishing vegetarian lunch, snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day prepared by our own chef.

Meet Your Guides



Breathwork therapists, Susie and Leigh both followed the same 3-year IBF certified breathwork training and now have a combined 15 years of experience working with conscious connected breathwork.

They have worked together on various retreats and workshops across the UK, are in the process of running a 9-month breathwork facilitator training. They have also worked together on E4's "The Big Celebrity Detox."  

The combination of Susie's shamanic background, Leigh's extensive work with the body, and their joint interests in nervous system healing, shadow work and bringing much needed fun into the healing spaces, will come together to create a powerful and transformative experience for all.

πŸ•’ Timings: Please arrive at 9am for a prompt 9:30am start. The retreat will finish at 5pm.


Extras

Matt, pillows and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring your own for added comfort.

Wear comfortable and loose clothes for the sessions and bring your own water bottle.

It is recommended to avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the retreat.


Medical Contraindications

Please consult your medical practitioner to ensure deep breathing techniques are suitable for you. If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler with you to the session. If you suffer from epilepsy, heart problems, high blood pressure (not controlled by medication), glaucoma, a detached retina or psychological conditions such as high anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorder or have been hospitalized for a psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in the past 10 years this workshop may not be suitable and we ask for you to contact Leigh or Susie first. If you are seeing a psychiatrist, we request their consent for you to attend the class to email leigh@breathewithleigh.com or susie@intuitivebreathwork.co.uk
